Overview:

This practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner with experience in pain management to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in spinal injections, joint injections, medication management, minor procedures, and pump refills. This role offers a supportive work environment with medical assistant support and no call, nights, or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient medications effectively and safely.


• Perform minor procedures as necessary.


• Refill intrathecal pumps.


• Provide comprehensive patient care, managing up to 35-40 patients per day.


• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.


• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and pain management strategies.


• Stay current with the latest pain management techniques and practices through ongoing education and training.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with ideally pain management experience.


• Open to training.


• Surgery background preferred but willing to train the right candidate.


• Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently and effectively.
